An exclusive leadership event for teenagers across North America has been developed focusing on Mumineen ni sohbat:  Teens Tafrih  .

Background:

Teens Tafrih provides a platform for high school going mumineen to meet each other in a fun and engaging environment, and benefit from Mumineen ni sohbat. 

Teenagers leave the leadership retreat with valuable skills, a refined perspective, and memorable experiences. The event not only provides valuable takeaways from how to achieve success in dunya while maintaining deen ni pabandi, but also sparks new friendships that will last through highschool, college, and onwards. 

Prior Teens Tafrih events have been held near Houston, Dallas, Los Angeles, Tampa and most recently London!

Upcoming Event:

The next Teens Tafrih event will be hosted near Austin, TX on Friday, February 15th to Monday, February 18th (10-13 Jamadal Ukhra), which is a-long weekend for highschool students..

Registration is now open and the deadline for priority registration is January 2nd. All sign ups received after the priority deadline will be automatically added to the waiting list (and get priority during next event if not invited for this event).   

We encourage all 15 to 17 year old mumineen students to Sign Up soon, as space is limited per region. The fee to attend is $221, which includes all meals, transportation to and from the airport, accommodation in cabins at the venue and all the various activities over the weekend. A formal invitation with additional information about the event will be sent to participants selected to attend.

What is Khabargiri: Mumineen “Silat ur Rehem” Karey (Qarabatwala, family ney visit karey) and “Silat ul Ikhwan” karey (Mumineen dosto, friends ney visit karey). Yeh sagla ni khairiyat poochhey, qaraabatwala aney dosto saathey time spend karey.

Process:Visiting Family = Family visiting Host FamilyHost Family = Family hosting Visiting Family

Step 1. Visiting Family calls the Host Family reasonably in advance so that the visit is scheduled before Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin (RA) Milad Mubarak (12/28/2018).

Step 2. Visiting Family visits Host Family on the scheduled date and time.

Step 3. Visiting Family gives Milad Mubarakbadi to Host Family. If possible, Visiting Family gives Hadiyo (present) to Host Family while giving Mubarakbadi.

Step 4. Visiting Family does Khabargiri of the Host Family.

Step 5: Visiting Family provides the following information on WhatsApp Msg (818) 267-6655 soon after the visit so that information is araz in Maula (TUS) hazrat for dua mubarak: (a) Your full name(b) Who you visited(c) Date you visited and (d) Your Ta’assurat (Feedback)

If Visiting Family plans to visit more than one Host Family, repeat Steps 1 through 5.
